1. Place the wood base on your tea tray and set the strainer in it, mesh-side up, between uses.
2. When ready to pour, hold the strainer by the gourd handle or the knotted cord over the fairness pitcher or cup opening.
3. Pour the brewed tea from the teapot through the strainer. The fine titanium mesh catches loose leaves and fine particles, delivering a clean, clear pour.
4. Set the strainer back in the wood base after each use. Rinse with warm water at the end of the session and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Q: Will the titanium mesh clog over time?
A: Fine particles can accumulate in the mesh with repeated use. Rinsing under running warm water after each session is generally sufficient to keep the mesh clear. For deeper cleaning, a soft brush and warm water can be used without damaging the titanium.

Q: Does the crystalline finish affect the strainer’s performance?
A: No. The crystalline finish is applied to the exterior surface only. The mesh and interior surfaces function the same as unfinished titanium.

Q: Will the titanium affect the taste of my tea?

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns due to personal reasons (non-quality issues), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs; for returns due to quality issues, the seller covers the shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the items within 14 days without providing a reason. As previously stated, returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method; funds typically appear in your account within 10 business days.
We will issue a full refund if the return is due to an issue on the seller's part; however, if the return is for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 5% transaction processing fee.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
