2. Add leaves and hot water: Use water heated separately. Choose the leaf quantity, temperature, and steeping time for the tea, allowing space below the opening rather than filling to the very edge.
3. Pour with the lid secure: When the infusion is ready, pour carefully into the cup or pitcher. Keep the lid secure and avoid directing steam toward your hand. Decant the brewed tea before starting another infusion.
4. Clean after brewing: Remove spent leaves, wash gently with a soft sponge, and rinse well. Leave the lid off while the interior dries. Handle painted and sculpted details carefully and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Q: Can this teapot go on a stove?
A: No. It is offered as a vessel for brewing tea with water heated separately. Do not use it to boil water over a flame or on a heating element; keep it within a conventional steep-and-pour routine.

Q: Which tea should I brew in it?
A: Choose a loose-leaf tea you enjoy and follow the preparation guidance for that tea. Water temperature and steeping time should be adjusted to the leaves and your taste rather than assuming one method works for every tea.

Q: Do I need matching cups?
A: No. The teapot can be combined with cups from your own collection. A serving pitcher is useful if you want to collect one infusion before dividing it among several people or pouring successive cups.

Q: How should I wash the pot?
A: Hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid abrasive pads and sudden temperature changes. Allow the interior and lid to dry separately before storage, especially after a longer tea session.

   Free shipping on orders of $59 or more; a $15 shipping fee applies to orders under $59. Subscription items ship for free.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns due to personal reasons (non-quality issues), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs; for returns due to quality issues, the seller covers the shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the items within 14 days without providing a reason. As previously stated, returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method; funds typically appear in your account within 10 business days.
We will issue a full refund if the return is due to an issue on the seller's part; however, if the return is for personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 5% transaction processing fee.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
