Tea Set: Lang Red & Gold Orchid Ceramic Gongfu Gift Set

Fine gold orchids add a botanical detail to the rich red ceramics in this ovanyu gongfu gift set. One gaiwan, six tasting cups, and a glass serving pitcher form a coordinated arrangement for shared loose-leaf tea. The decoration repeats across the red pieces, while the clear pitcher offers a quieter contrast and keeps the infusion visible. Use the set for a table of guests or a smaller gathering, bringing out only the cups you need.

• Red glaze with gold orchids: The gold motif adds a close-view accent to the deep red ground. It provides a more decorated expression than a plain red service while preserving a consistent palette across the ceramic pieces.
• A coordinated six-cup arrangement: The gaiwan and cups share a decorative direction, making it straightforward to lay out a related setting for several people. The set does not require every session to use all six cups; the remaining pieces can be stored for company.
• A clear serving pitcher: Pouring from the gaiwan into the glass pitcher creates one collected infusion before serving. You can then divide it among the cups, rather than leaving some portions steeping while others are already being poured.
• A shared gongfu brewing sequence: The gaiwan, pitcher, and cups support a clear sequence: steep the leaves, collect the infusion, then serve. This keeps brewing and drinking separate and lets you repeat the process for additional infusions suited to the tea.
• Gift-box presentation: The coordinated pieces arrive together in a gift box. Use the complete arrangement for company, or bring out fewer cups for everyday sessions. The set establishes a related tea service while leaving you free to choose your own tray and mat.

• Brand: ovanyu
• Material: Ceramic
• Included: One gaiwan, six cups and one serving pitcher; gift box
• Care: Hand wash each piece; dry fully before packing.

1. Set the table: Rinse the pieces before use. Arrange the gaiwan, pitcher, and the cups you need on a stable surface, leaving a clear path for pouring and a separate place for discarded rinse water.
2. Brew in the gaiwan: Add loose leaves and water heated separately to suit the tea. Keep water below the rim. If the gaiwan grip is new to you, practice with cool water before a hot session.
3. Collect and serve: Create a narrow gap beneath the lid and decant into the pitcher, retaining larger leaves in the gaiwan. Divide the infusion among the cups, then repeat steeping as appropriate for the tea.
4. Wash and put away: Remove spent leaves and hand wash each piece gently. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry separately before returning them to the gift box or a closed storage space.

Q: What is the serving pitcher for?
A: The pitcher receives the finished infusion before it is divided among cups. This allows the tea to leave the leaves at one point in the brewing process, making shared servings easier to manage.

Q: Does a six-cup set require six people?
A: No. Use as many cups as your session needs. The additional cups are useful for guests, but the same gaiwan and pitcher can be used for a smaller gathering or a personal tea session.

Q: Can I boil water in the gaiwan?
A: No. Heat water separately and use the gaiwan for steeping. The ceramic pieces can become hot during use, so practice the grip, leave room below the rim, and keep your fingers clear of steam.

Q: Are the tray, tea, and display props included?
A: The components listed in Product Details are included. Tea, table coverings, and other scene props are not included unless expressly listed. Add a stable tray or mat from your own collection if desired.
